Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, tracking details are sent via email within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Typical estimates (business days):

United States / Canada / United Kingdom / Europe: 20–45 days

Australia / New Zealand / Singapore / Hong Kong: 20–40 days

Rest of the world: 30–60 days
Please note: remote areas or island regions may take longer. Some countries may apply local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery—these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 5–10 business days for the tracking number to update after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control—such as customs clearance, carrier congestion, weather, or international holidays. EMAYA is not liable for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days from the shipping date or arrives damaged, please contact us at emaya.officialshop@gmail.com within 7 days of that period ending. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

We fulfill orders through CJ Dropshipping and its international carrier network to ensure safe packaging, global coverage, and reliable delivery tracking.
Refund & Returns Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

unused and in the same condition you received it,

in the original packaging,
-
with all accessories included.
We may ask for a photo or video of the item and packaging to confirm its condition.
To start a return, email us at emaya.officialshop@gmail.com with your order number.
Please do not send anything back before we approve the return. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damaged / Wrong Item
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

the item is damaged,

the item is defective or not working,

you received the wrong item.
Email us at emaya.officialshop@gmail.com with a brief description and clear photos so we can make it right (replacement or refund).
Change of Mind / Didn’t Like It
If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or incorrect (for example, you changed your mind), return-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We’ll provide return instructions if your request is approved.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

personal-care / hygiene items,

items marked “final sale,”

gift cards.
If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, email us and we’ll confirm.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, the fastest option is:

Request a return for the original item.

After it’s approved, place a new order for the item you want.
EU Customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund.

We value your privacy. EMAYA only collects and uses personal information necessary to process orders, communicate updates, and improve customer experience.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required to complete transactions (for example, payment processors, logistics partners such as CJ Dropshipping, or Shopify for store hosting).
